About

Aspirations Consulting Ltd was established as a UK registered business (Company number 06363376) in 2007, initially for the purposes of providing Clinical Subject Matter expertise for the Department of Health Commercial Directorate and personal development coaching. 

Dr Challiner, the company owner and Director, is a GMC registered doctor with a license to practice. She is an experienced General Practitioner and A&E doctor and has many years’ experience designing, creating, developing and bespoking clinical decision support for suppliers in different health economies across the world (including self-assessment tools for consumers).

She is also an experienced NHS and commercial sector senior manager, having worked at senior management and Board level since 2002. 

Dr Challiner has EMCC (EQA) Coach Practitioner status and is also a licensed E-Qi assessor and emotional intelligence coach using the validated Multihealth Systems EQ-i2.0 Assessment Tool.

She is a Systemic Team Coach with a certificate from the Academy of Executive Coaches and a license to use Team Connect 360, which offers valuable insights into how your team could be more productive and effective.

Aspirations Consulting works in association with other industry experts to bring additional experience to the projects we undertake should that be needed.
